It's Over, and Story is Already Being Retold

Well, in spite of the data, it appears that the networks are all announcing that Obama won a smashing landslide victory, and now has a mandate to put in place sweeping communist changes. Apparently the main reason for this was that McCain ran a negative campaign, and Sarah Palin was a massively decisive factor in driving voters to Obama.

Again, all data runs counter to all of these assertions- but I'm telling you what the narrative is now going to be. In reality, Obama won a narrow victory running as a moderate, McCain lost by having the bad luck of trying to lead us through an economic crisis, and Palin actually was a plus to McCain.

Watch the story twisted though.

UPDATE: Top stories on Yahoo tell the story of how Obama was able to win the Presidency- Homeless People Voted in Record Numbers, and Young Voters Voted 2-1 for Obama. Pulling together a coalition of homeless people, young people, terrorists, communists, prostitutes, professors, lawyers, the poor, and union workers appears to be the winning coalition this election. Who would have guessed it.
